About us

About NEGUP MACHINE

We design and build the machines that put lithium cells together and prove they work — from a single spot welder to a complete cylindrical, prismatic or pouch assembly line.

What we build

Fourteen models in total, covering cell sorting, paper pasting, spot and laser welding, laser marking, polarity detection, cell grading, PACK aging and module/PACK end-of-line testing.

Who we are

NEGUP MACHINE is the equipment arm of the NEGUP group, built around one engineering focus: the machines that assemble and test lithium batteries. We are based in Huizhou, Guangdong — inside the same manufacturing cluster as the cell and pack factories we supply — with the group head office in Dongguan. Our team designs, builds and commissions battery assembly lines, single-station assembly equipment and battery testing systems for customers producing EV, energy-storage (ESS), power-tool and 3C battery packs.

How we work with customers

  • Specification firstWe start from your cell format, pack design and target output, then propose the machine or line combination — we do not push a fixed catalogue.
  • Build and test in-houseMachines are assembled and run-tested at our Huizhou plant before shipment, so what arrives at your factory has already produced parts.
  • Commissioning supportInstallation, operator training with English-speaking engineers and a recommended spare-parts list come with every delivery.
  • Long-term supplyWear parts and consumables stay available for delivered machines, and our sister company NEGUP Energy supplies the LiFePO4 cells and storage systems many of our customers build packs around.

What we are asked for most

Most enquiries fall into three groups: a first automated station to remove a manual bottleneck; a complete cylindrical, prismatic or pouch assembly line for a new plant; and testing capacity — grading, aging or end-of-line — to bring pack quality under measurement. In each case the process is the same: send us your cell format and output target, receive a proposal with layout and pricing, then a factory acceptance run before shipment.

Customers who start with one machine typically come back for the next station within a year — the roadmap most pack factories follow as volume grows. Whatever the stage, the entry point is the same: tell us your cell format, pack design and target output, and our engineers will come back with a layout, a quotation and a delivery schedule. We answer enquiries in English within one business day.

Tell us what you are building

Tell us your cell format, target output per hour and line layout — we will propose the right machine combination.
